Perfekt is a supplier of backup solutions from all major backup vendors. Unlike some of our resellers who are locked in with particular vendors, we remain independent and supply products that meet our customers' requirements.

Of particular consideration when purchasing a backup solution is the ongoing software maintenance cost. Whereas products are often discounted during an initial sale, software maintenance often enough is not. "Over configuring" a solution may well mean that money is wasted over coming years in keeping the backup products current. As such, we would always seek solutions that are fully scalable, yet closely match the actual requirements of our customers, rather than seek a solution our customer needs to grow into.

Considering our in-house hardware skills, selecting Perfekt as a backup solution provider makes sense: we have the ability to get to the core of technical issues and idiosyncrasies that may appear during implementation.
